The entire Barkley branch team has been amazing since day one. I opened business and personal accounts here with Ian. He is professional, thorough, and fast! Wow. There's so much wrong with this bank and this branch I'm not sure where to begin. First, we were lied to twice on the very first day. That information was not corrected until AFTER we had already opened two accounts and moved our money which was immediately put on hold for a week. Second, the staff are like little puppets playing a game of telephone and the message by the time it gets to you is mangled and just plain wrong. If you have a question just ask the branch manager. Anything else is going to be wrong. If you can get it in writing, so much the better.

Washington Federal did modify the name, to WaFd Bank. We are still the same bank you trust. We launched the simplified name because the previous title did not emphasize that we are a bank. Our solution? Put the word “bank” in our name - WaFd Bank.
