Always good service. I pick up because its just easier. The food is what you expect from a chain pizza store. That is not a bad thing when you are in the mood for it. The quality is usually good. The ease of ordering with the app is what makes it all worth while.

If you're expecting to eat sometime this year don't order from here. Manager hung up 4 times on me and stated they do not deliver at my address, he recommended that we call the Frazer location and order from there. 1 hour later the Manager from the Frazer location called me and said that the West Chester location does in fact deliver to my address. When I call the West Chester location back he gets upset and verbally assaults me and hangs up on me twice. Take your business elsewhere because this location does nothing but make excuses and refuses to assist their own customers.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Ordered food online for delivery and it took over an hour for it to even be on its way and when I called in to check on the status the workers were extremely rude. Once delivered they forgot all the dipping sauces AND the drink so the driver said she would be back with the drink and never showed up. I called in to ask about the drink and the guy responded “yeah she said she would bring it” and hung up.

****CONSUMERS BEWARE: Still on hold for customer service rep that picked up and told me to hold a minute 25 minutes ago. NY pizzas were a cross between a flat tire and one that was run over. Also wrong topping on one and missing on other. I have driver s tip on line that registered but not on my receipt. Reporting to B.B.B. Still on hold...The female that states she is a manager is not giving refunds as well like other posts state. Still on hold...I hung up and called back. There phone is on virtual hold for avoidance7:40pm - 8:20pm 01/28/2022***
