Recently bought some fleece sweat shirts for both myself and my son. The quality was terrible - they all shed like crazy and messed up other clothes in the same washing load that I had to spend hours to clean up. Afterwards I went to return the purchase at this store and was declined. The sales person claimed they had a no return policy on washed clothes. For one, the company's website does not state such a policy. Secondly, no other clothing store has such a policy when it is clearly a quality issue, not a washing technique issue. Tried to complain via chat on their website and the agent there barely understands English. Will never buy from them again.

Completely disrespectful and rude. Charged me for a 48 dollar purchase twice and when my card got declined the 3rd time tried to say there was no money on it when it said approved the first 2 times. Gave me attitude over their wrong doing. Would not recommend.

The staff here is nice, I give 4 stars because sometimes the items are not great ranged , and the fitting room should have a staff permanently stay there and need better managed too, cause I don’t like people pushed and opened the door while u trying clothes( it happen all the time)
