This is BY FAR the WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life!!! Not to mention their $.20 off with a wash is a lie! They jack the price up so when you "get your $.20off", it's basically the same price as everywhere else. Actually it's MORE expensive than most. It's a rip off&their machines never work either! I've been going to this car wash since I got my license over 20yrs ago...it's gone completely down hill in the last year! I was a retail Manager for 23yrs&my father has owned a small business for over 40yrs. I have watched my father&others struggle to keep their business afloat. It is beyond sad..&WRONG that businesses such as this Sunoco, that have an entire crew of emp's that have ZERO cust.service skill OR CARE, are still in operation while other businesses that KNOW how to&DO value their customers continue to struggle!! I spent my entire adult life being trained&training others on good cust.service & when I encounter emp's that disrespect, yell at, dismiss, argue with AND in front of their own customers...a person that's patronage is the VERY reason you have that job & receive a paycheck..it absolutely blows my mind&makes me soo sad! Let me ask...if you went into Wawa&ordered a sandwich on the machine&paid for it...then went to the Deli to get it&were told, we're closed but you have 30days to come back&get your sandwich..do you think that's RIGHT OR how to treat a customer? You ordered AND paid for it prior to closing so you SHOULD get your sandwich before they close...RIGHT??!!! Then you go back another day to get it&talk to someone about what occurred & that emp's response&ignorance is even MORE stunning than the emp you're telling him about. This place could care less about their customers so therefore they should NOT have them. Quite frankly..they don't deserve them...us..me! I'LL NEVER go back to this Sunoco again AND I'll make sure to post on fb&EVERYWHERE else I can to tell every1 how horrible these ppl are!! #withoutcustomersyouarenothing
