I want to call the health dept on this one. Water leaking out of closet all over the floor. Not sure if it was a/c or what. The most disorganize I’ve ever saw with expediting the orders! Please do better and hated hearing the manager loudly reprimand the workers and lose it!

Oxford Wendy's. Had never been, was probably the best Wendy's we've visited. Courteous server, quick delivery, hot food. Great burger. Natural lemonade was excellent. If we are in the area again, and we are craving burgers, we'll be back!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Every time I go to the drive through, they get slower and slower. It can take them 20-30 minutes to get through 4 cars and once you are in the chute, you can't get out. I know they can't find good workers, but come on, this is extreme. This screams "bad managers" and "absentee owner". I never had a problem with the food, but who can wait a half hour? I'm there because it's supposed to be fast food. When I get to the window, there is always plenty of people working behind the counter. It's time someone stepped in and got this location up to standards, but I will never see it because I won't be back.

In the last 3 months I’ve gone to Wendy’s very regularly due to it being right up the street from where I work and I have short breaks, I order almost the same thing every time a Dave’s double, large fry, large drink, 10 nuggets and a side of BBQ sauce. The last 4 times including today which was a door dash order I haven’t received my nuggets, and my fries were a small, there have been multiple other occasions where I haven’t received my sauces either but due to my short breaks I can never come back and fix my order. Great customer service don’t get me wrong but I’m tired of wasting my money and not getting my food on multiple occasions.
