Absolutely loved this beautiful Italian Ristorante tucked away on 40 Highway in Independence. Not only is the food absolutely delicious, their selection was wonderful. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo di Mare (seafood) and it was some of the best Fettuccine Alfredo I have had since I lived in Italy. I also ordered the Sangria and it was delectable. The service was excellent and all in all a wonderful experience, Grazie Mille !! 🙂✨💖

Always wonderful! We have been eating at V's for over 45 years and we are always pleased with their great food and wonderful service! We ate there Saturday night before a concert and had Stevie as our server. She was very attentive and very knowledgeable. We got the Fettuccine Fruttti Di Mare and it is fantastic. It's one of our favorites! Again, always wonderful!

Food was delicious, service was great & overall a good experience. Me & my other half went there for their Sunday Brunch which is a LOT of food by the way. I would suggest if you haven't tried the Sunday Brunch then you need to. Cost was like $22.00 per person but it includes everything including mimosas & other drinks plus your choice of various desserts. Worth the money.

Fantastic environment. Eclectic menu for all tastes. Lunch time buffet. They have really created their own unique space. Each booth features different art. The bread has perfect moisture. The house dressing is awesome!
