We went in to recover our plates and personal items when our truck was totalled. The ladies were very efficient and we did not have to wait long for our departing truck to come up to the office. Thanks for the quick service and the bandaid, it was a sad day to see our truck , damage worse than I thought.

A complete waste of my time. Arranged a pickup for Friday, they said 12 to 5 with call for an hour window. I work for the military so I don't have access to my phone at all times. They tried calling at 2:05 but I was in a meeting until 2:30, and when I called them back at 2:40 they had apparently already canceled my pickup. Had to call to reschedule around 4 times because no one knew what was going on and apparently they had entered my information wrong. Rescheduled for today, this time making sure I could check my phone frequently enough to catch their call, but apparently they called at 10:40 in the morning with an out of state number, to "confirm" the pickup (not to give a window, just confirm, which I already did by scheduling the appointment). Since the storms, reception has been so spotty I didn't even receive a message until later. Obviously this isn't all their fault, but the "we'll be there between 12 and 5 like you asked us but we're also gonna cancel at the drop of a hat" obviously doesn't work for everyone. Do yourself a favor and throw your car up on Facebook Marketplace.
