Been trying to contact the office and talk to them about applying and wanted to ask questions but they won’t answer and when I went to the office to talk to them in person the door was locked and still no one would answer the phone if your going to run a business run it don’t ignore your tenants or people who are looking to become one

At first it was great. The company that owned it several years ago would not repair anything. The ceiling fell on and was not repaired for months. My plumbing was always backed up. When my lease was finally done and I decided to move, that's when the trouble began. If I would renew they promised to repair everything with an increase in rent. I did not renew and I never knew until now they turned in false credit report for non payment and damages that were maintenance issues, making it almost impossible to secure housing at this point. I was unaware of the report that was sent. It is next to impossible to get your credit report corrected once they damage it. The person holding the pen making false reports truly has power to ruin your credit. Hope the new management is fair and honest. The possibility of being homeless because of someone else being dishonest is a terrible reality to get through. God bless.

I just moved in to these apartments with my husband Santos. We love it here. Staff is great and it's a quiet neighborhood. Haven't had any problems. Update to my review: if your wanting to add someone to your lease make sure they don’t have anything on their credit that can impact them because they won’t add them to your lease and if your up for renewal they won’t renew your lease. Even if the person your adding has nothing to do with paying the rent. It’s very upsetting.

I am extremely grateful to Jenna and Tommy because of their quick action and fixed my door, Tommy made it out in 15 minutes and he fixed my door right away as I worried it would be opened all night. They went further as to have a contractor help fix my door permanently. They have been very kind and professional and have made me feel comfortable in my home and living here at The Park.
