Ladies in the office are super helpful and friendly... I went in to turn in my ESA paperwork and see if I needed anything else and got all the answers I needed quickly and I appreciated how fast they got me into an apartment too when moved I needed to get out of where I was quickly bc of a bad situation... Very helpful ladies!

I've lived here going on 4 years. Very quiet here, plus walkable to work for me. New owners/ mgment. seeing updates of property already new roofs, parking lot paving to come. Right on the Raytown bus line. Very friendly tenants. As I am a non- driver this location you can easily get to wherever you may need to go. Update: new roofs done, working on sidewalks and sides of building now AND came home today with a lot of parking lot repaved. If you're looking for affordable, quiet, walking accessible to lots of places this is the place. Update Raytown Village Apts. id an awesome place. As long as I stay in contact with them when struggling they have compassion to WORK with you, not against you. Again I want to say how amazing this team of people are the awesomest to help out with when crisis has come upon you when needed Updat: So much more new couple days ago professional company installing new toilets, shower heads In and out in 20 minutes. New floors being put down. Worth your time to come check out if looking for a new home.

I've lived here for almost a year and have had no problems with anyone. Whenever i have needed anything they have been there within a reasonable amount of time. As far as anyone saying the number doesn't go to the apts. complex, well, u just dialed it wrong. This is the best place i have lived in a long time. So glad i found it! :)
