Very friendly staff. The equipment is clean and in working order. The price is also right for a smaller gym, and for the equipment they gave it is very good deal. It's never too crowded after work, or the weekends, which is when I normally attend.

Knowing nothing about weight lifting it’s worth the money just to have the attentive staff who will show you how to use the machines and do a basic deadlift safely so you can make the most out of your work out. They are also very responsive on Facebook messenger if you have any questions or concerns. I 10 out of 10 would recommend.
