Every time i call in to talk with them they are kind and very professional. last time i called in to change my dental plan to coordinate my care all in the same building i didn't know the name of the clinic. Britnie G went above and beyond and was able to find the clinic and called them and we where able to change my plan for me. two weeks later i received a hand written thank you card from Britnie and i have always felt they have gone above and beyond to make sure they resolve whatever i am calling in about. Thank you Family Care for making me feel like I matter.

I have had a great experience with Family Care Oregon. The online system is extremely user friendly, and the phone support specialists have been very friendly and helpful. I'm very satisfied with OHP, without it my family would surely have an exorbitant amount of medical debt that we could not pay off. My daughter has a lot of health issues, and we are frequently in the hospital and have multiple appointments weekly for her care. Thank you President Obama, I love "Obama care"!

I was getting a bill from when my daughter had an emergency room visit, she was covered under FamilyCare. I called to straighten it out (called the biller) and was snottily told they didn't have Family Cares billing address and until I got it and gave it to them they would keep billing me. I called Family Care and spoke with Charles and O'boy he was the nicest, most helpful, a complete delight to talk to. He had me fax him the bill and couple days later he called to say it was all taken care of. That made me happy enough but then about 5 days later I receive a handwritten Family Care card with a note from Charles saying he was glad he could help me! He then thanked me for MY positive energy! Way to go Charles, above and beyond what I ever expected dealing with customer service. I had been wishing I could thank him again and he was thanking me. I'm totally impressed.

watching the way that the providers that accept family care treat patients with this coverage is totally unexcuseable! also my daughter who has a significant history of shoulder pain, back pain and fibromyalgia needs referrals to specialist which family care is now completly ignoring and not at all helping the patient ! Horrible insurance.. horrible coverage, horrible all the way around!
