Wrong mulch delivered, I refused, was yelled at on the phone was told not to be rude to driver, was not, just clear it was not what I ordered. Driver called store manager and I was told it was not wrong, to change would be an additional $150.00 delivery fee. I refused. Went to a different company and got 1 ton of rock that filled the back of my truck. Went here and they “claimed” it’s a cubic yard, more rock then a ton and it didn’t even fill half my truck. When I called to question the lady was rude and claimed I had no idea what I was talking about. She gave me a ton and her “scoop” was bigger then the other places no asked for clarification on what a cubic Wright’s, approximately, she claimed 2,500 lbs, a bit over a ton. Funny I got 1.1 tons from other place and it FILLED the back of my truck!!!! Her rudeness was unacceptable! I was so ripped off. Go elsewhere you’ll get twice the rock for the same price!!!
