Be very careful if you are a customer of Palm Beach Tan on Highland. I went for a spray tan on 12/30 and was told they had a $59.99 special, including the tan and some extras. When I checked my card statement I had two charges: one for $65 and one for $53. Thinking it was an honest mistake, I went in to get it corrected. I was told that it was exactly what I was supposed to be charged, was told a list of extras that I was charged for that I was never told about originally and was treaded rudely and disrespectfully by the manager, Danny. Apparently, he is well known for notorious for similar shady behavior. I cancelled my membership and left. I’ll take my business elsewhere, to an honest establishment. I would recommend others do the same.

I’ve been tanning here for a year now. I’ve never had a bad experience. Danny makes everyone feel welcomed. Everyone is friendly, the beds are clean, and they have awesome prices! Need lotion? Don’t worry, Danny will be sure to ask you if you need any before you tan. Lol. Love this place! Their hours are great too!

Erin was absolutely great!! She welcomed me with a big warm smile and made me feel very comfortable. She explained all the packages and described, in detail, every bed in there to me because it's been 5+ years since I've laid in a tanning bed. Overall the best experience I've had at any tanning salon.

I loved this place wish I could of stayed but we moved. Very great staff and friendly they make sure you get what you want and need. I’m more than likely will be back. 😄
