While friendly customer service is often an exception here, they’re usually good at getting you the parts you need. Today’s Sunday morning visit to the register was something else — and I didn’t even need any help! I just wanted to pay. The dude couldn’t have been more annoyed, starting with putting a caller on hold followed by a little F-Bomb hissy. After adapting to his 100 mph, barely audible speaking, I thought he was gonna huck my stuff at me. But, no. Looking forward to when I need to go back! 🙄

No,thats affirmative, they do not sell used oil for heating.
Yes you need a receipt for the plugs and to get the core back for the pump, bring it back in the back from the pump you just bought and replaced. If not, the guys are nice there but highly unlikely able to help you.
