Don't have tires, was transferred to automotive to be told they had bike tires not auto tires after being told they had auto tires. Get it together, have employees who actually know the department they are working in.

I was skeptical at first because it's an automotive center in a Wal-Mart but the service was excellent and fast. It is also the best price I've ever found for an oil change inflation times or not. I recommend the high quality oil change.

I have one gripe, which actually is not the auto shops fault, but Walmart in general. Getting to the right place was completely screwed. Unaware that not every Walmart has an auto shop I went about business as normal. Called to confirm availability and headed to Walmart. Only there is no auto shop at one I went to. Long story short, Walmart's website didn't clarify, when you call you simply get the nearest one and I assume Walmart thinks you'll just automatically know where to go. I didn't, but, funny how remaining calm and hopeful can get people to help rather than alienate! Figured things out and got were I needed to go. Of coarse after the few hours of this I almost turned around to go hone as it was around 5pm now and couldn't see it being open much later than that. I called, the gentleman said they were open for another 2 hours, and wasn't busy at the moment. These guys put 4 new tires and a new battery on in less than 20 minutes! I was shocked, never had that kind if service especially at Walmart! The service staff was awesome and as far as I can tell they know their stuff. They dont offer a crazy amount of services, just tires batteries and oil changes and such, but what they do perform they do well. I certainly have a fresh perspective on Walmart auto care now. Thanks guys, great job!

Super rude service from the manager, sent me to opposite ends of the store just to have me come back, and then denied my return (set of chains I bought that I later opened to find missing pieces) and was told I had 2 weeks to complete. I’ve never once left a bad review anywhere, but this was so lame. Not happy.
