I had such a wonderful experience at this store today! Ian was so helpful with setting up my new iPhone and Apple Watch. I was worried about getting an iPhone, because I previously had an android, but Ian was so patient and walked me through my entire phone so that I was comfortable with it. I will definitely be coming back!

The salesperson was great at this store. The selection of available products was impressive. They fixed up my complicated account and saved me $100 monthly vs AT&T. Great customer support and fast fixes if you ever have a problem. 2 thumbs up all around.

I don't think they're worthless. They always help me when they can when I go in there and I've been with Sprint for almost four years now. If you want phone repair, take it to Best Buy or some shop that does electronic repairs.
