After dealing with the rude gentleman in Marion, IL who didn't want to make a tire sale today, we drove to Cape Girardeau, MO, got there an hour before they closed. We were greeted by Mike, who never hesitated to get us in and done winlth in 45 minutes! The whole crew in Cape was awesome and fun to deal with. Only because of them we will continue to use Plaza.

Mike was so calm, patient and extremely truly helpful! He helped me get 2 affordable tires in an emergency! Everyone in there was just super welcoming and friendly! It took under 45 minutes I think! This recent experience was basically perfect. I used the text message option from the website and it was ideal. Very responsive and convenient. When I got to the shop, everything was just like I was told through text. The job was even finished in the amount of time quoted. Just super positive all the way around. I haven't used Plaza Tire in a long time but very glad I came back.

The team at Plaza always provides great service. Bob is knowledgeable, straightforward, and friendly. I always feel that they have my best interests in mind with their services. Plus, they are fast! Under 40 mins for an oil change!

Hi Beverly. ..when I called plaza tire while at Wal-Mart my car would not start. Plaza tire had installed the starter . So when I called they came to pick me and the car up and replaced the starter at no charge. I pray this was helpful :-)
