Always does a GREAT job- great with the animals& so gentle - she 'll cut any way you want& does an unreadable job! I just seen someone on here posted she smokes& there s ladybugs all over? That is ridiculous I ve never seen or smelled smoke ( I'm a non smoker so I can smell it) and those beetles are everywhere in the summer- this is by far the most professional place& I ve never had anyone treat every animal so gentle! I have TRIED to shave my own dog& even at 8 lbs he isn't having it! But her gentle nature even from the first visit impressed me so much! She truly loves& cares for our fur babies& does an amazing job EVERYTIME!

I have never felt so disgusted with the lack of respect from a place of business. I can’t believe she is in the business of caring for anyone’s pets/loved ones. L She has to be the most miserable person alive. I’m calling anyone and everyone I can; City of Sparta, BBB, Illinois Attorney General, Health Department, IRS, and as many other sources that I can find until she’s shut down.

Took my dog there got her cut and bathed in one day, appointment was set up quickly after I called! My dog looks great and is enjoying the summer air without a winter coat!! Thankyou! Highly recommend!
