I like video games. The staff are friendly and helpful. The policy the store has to jam the pro stuff and pre-orders is annoying but that's not the staffs fault. I would give it a 5 star if they didn't try and upsale a bunch of gahbage everytime I went in.

Umm the guy I asked if the games is compatible with both consoles didn't look it up nor did he care to do his research. He is suppose to know about games. Did not help very well told us to look it up.

The staff are always knowledgeable about the various gaming systems and games. This is super helpful when I go in, as Mom, trying to shop for gifts for my children but don't necessarily know what I'm looking for. Their return policy is great, and if you sign up for Power-Up rewards, you can get all the merchandise for a discounted price as well as have all your purchases tracked through their system so if you lose a receipt, they can just look it up.

Not a bad little second hand store... glad it's there. The guy and gal are friendly and informative. I'm not exactly what you would call an experienced gamer and they treated me with respect and explained some basic things in terms I could understand.

Beacuse I have been wanting gta 5 for Christmas and I really want it and so I asked my mom to get it for me and so I can play it on my Xbox I s I just got for Christmas and my friend David has it and it's really fun to play and it's super cool.i own both of the red dead Redemptions game.1 and 2
Im not sure if they can fix that them selves? But They would definitely be the people to go in and ask where & or how to go about fixing the hdmi on a ps4. Most people there are pretty knowledgeable on these things.
