Looking for a car so glad i went here, the people are warm and they are not pushy. I couldnt be happier with my 2007 jeep commander. They come highly recommend, They have went way out of their way for me and I got what I was looking for. They spent time getting me the right loan for my needs. Thank You Crockers, and Thank You Tim #1 in my book Linda Sterzinar of Albany

Shady business practices. I bought the truck out of state a few years ago. Talked to the salesman on the phone and he stated there a no issues with the truck whatsoever. I fly in, truck looks good, we do the deal. Also when I show up I notice them pulling it out of the garage. Don't think much about it. At the end of the deal the general manager gave me some diatribe about they like to remain in good graces with the BBB and they are a reputable company. Real alpha male type. I head home which is over a 1,000 miles away. Within the first day I discovered the truck had an oil leak. And I'm not talking a few drops. It was covering the underside of the truck after a few hundred miles. That's why they were pulling it out of the garage when I showed up. They were cleaning the oil from underside the truck so I wouldn't see it. Well, I did make it home, stopping to buy more oil. I was able to fix the truck myself as it was $50 crankshaft seal. It appeared they made a half-hearted attempt to fix it but they obviously had no experience as they damaged the seal when they put it in. Overall, I would never do business with them again. I know I was able to fix the truck cheaply but for someone with no experience, it could have easily been a $500 job. They knew about the oil leak, tried to fix it. They couldn't so they pawned it on me. Also, when the whether warmed up I found out the A/C didn't work. Shame on me I guess.

We’ve had a great experience at Crocker’s. We were looking for a used truck for some weeks now, mainly in online platforms (e.g. dealer websites, cargurus, autotrader, carsforsale, craigslist, kbb, nadaguides…). We did not have any concrete price negotiations at another store, yet, but we had a rough overview about what was offered on the market in this region. Still, this specific truck did not catch our eyes, since it was posted on online platforms without pictures. But, as we passed by, we just stopped and gave it a test drive. Corey was very friendly although it was pretty late. It was not the first Dodge Ram I sat in, but the first I drove, so I cannot compare in that matter with other experiences, but despite the age the exterior and the interior were still in good shape and it ran great. We spent a few days thinking about the truck and returned. We then spoke to Chris who was also really nice. He gave us the Carfax report and recent safety inspection documentation. We felt they were honest about the truck, and Chris was very friendly during price negotiations. On top, they gave us a bedliner. Chris and Corey were also helpful on the telephone, when we had questions. So, altogether we are happy that we bought our truck at Crocker’s.
