I have always loved the pictures. Not so much this time. Recieved incorrect information and was sent someone else's portfolio in my email. I only got 1 decent photo. Will hire freelance next time.

We felt rushed, they tried to pull us back for pictures 5 minutes before our time slot and we were still getting ready. They didn’t take a lot of pictures of us, usually 2 per group. When the baby was smiling they missed it. When it came time to go through the pictures there were few we really liked and she went through them so fast we didn’t actually see them at first so I had to take the mouse from her so I could see them. I understand they are busy but they should not make the client feel that way. It was really just the photographer that made us feel this way the lady that helped her was so nice.

I would give zero stars if it was possible!! Do not go to this photo studio! I made an appointment and no one was there. Like no one was even at the studio. I was livid! They called back a few days later and all they wanted to offer me was a phony apology and a $25 gift card. I believe I should have had a free session and prints for being stood up but they refused! If you want to use JcPenny for photos, go to west county! They were fantastic over there and got us in the same day after learning we were stood up at south county. Don’t waste your time or money with South County!

Sessions are always rushed. Photographers are rude, they don’t brush their hair or look presentable. I’ve always taken my kids here for milestones & service just keeps getting worse. I’ve waited 15-30 mins over my appt time multiple times & never complained, but the one time I was 7 mins late, the photographer gave me so much attitude before my foot was in the door. She said for the future, they will not tolerate me being late. (They don’t have to worry about that) Mind you, the studio was empty. No other families. And she even said there wasn’t a 12:45 appt coming in, luckily. Sessions are so rushed, they barely give you time to make sure your face isn’t awkward when they snap the photo. They didn’t use any props or attempt to make my 2 year old smile other than calling his name. We had to stand behind her to get him to look at the camera. 2 sessions ago, my canvas wasn’t delivered ($40) because the photo wasn’t clear enough (due to rushed session). I had to argue with the photographer and manager (Toni) for 45 mins because they wouldn’t refund my $40 for a product that I PAID for and was NOT distributed to me. They ended up crediting it to my account which I just used for Christmas photos and will not EVER go back. Terrible customer service.

These questions are posed to the public, not the company. But, yes they do family portraits.
