I wish they weren't so expensive cuz even tho they always have the "sales" going, everything is still expensive and just marked down from even more expensive. I feel like it's a marketing ploy, to make you feel like you're getting a deal when you're really getting their actual regular price.

Went to make a return for Amazon and was struck by how far the Amazon return desk was from the door. I realize they want people to get interested and buy something on the way, but this was a bit silly.

I went to return a couple of speaker microphones for my handheld radios tonight and was greeted by a very bitter bald white guy. Not sure what his problem was but I was very nice and courteous and he was very disgustingly rude and not customer service oriented. I greeted him with a smile and a hello and instead of having good customer service skills all he did was take my items, rolled his eyes and spoke to me in an abrasive tone. It took everything in me not to fire back at him but I knew I was better than him and a better person so I decided to just stay silent and not feed into his very clean negativity. A person whose profession used to be customer service I don't think that this employee belongs in the position that he's in maybe he needs to be in an inventory office where he doesn't deal with customers. Also being someone from the gay community I was appalled by his behavior, he was clearly gay as well.
