Very disappointed as I arrived with my digital key, I walked in my room beds were a mess, towels on the chair and bathroom floor. I then went to the front desk and was moved to a different room, in that new room I only had one bath towel, zero hand towels. Just overall disappointed

Just stayed for one night but really appreciate the front staff who was so kind and helpful. The breakfast spread was neat. Loved the coffee. The lady in breakfast service is very sweet and nice. Loved the updated room the rooms were very clean and quiet spacious. The location is very good a little drive from St Louis downtown but very less traffic.

Location was great. Walking trail out back with ponds and some nice landscaping around them with a very nice open space along the walking path. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We checked in at 2am after working all day in 100 degree heat. Got to the room which felt warm (74 per the thermostat). The AC was working in my the room (cycling on and off) but I could not adjust the temperature on the wall thermostat. My assumption is that the room temp was being controlled by the HVAC software at the hotel. The room did cool down to 72 by morning but I had set the temp down to 65. Yes I did get some rest but I also like to be able to control the room temp as part of the total comp comfort package I expect when renting a room.
