Got my order completely wrong.. Didn't accept my mobile order but took the order in the drive thru..handed my phone to the cashier with the order on the screen and messed the whole order up.. 3 triple cheeseburgers w/only lettuce and mac sauce became 3 cheeseburgers from under the lamp(cold)..quarter pounder with cheese,nothing else became another heat lamp special..My coworkers and I have bad experiences here trying to get lunch at 10 pm

All McDonalds should realistically be the same quality, however, this is never the case. This particular McDonalds during this visit provided a very hot and fresh double quarter pounder which is the most underrated fast food burger. Rating: 3.8 out of 5.

Wish I could’ve given ZERO stars!! Ordered over $5 of stuff we didn’t get. It was a special treat for my kids then they were upset their happy meals didn’t have as many nuggets as we ordered. Order of fries also not given. Called and manager who could barely speak properly said we would have to go back with a receipt to get what they didn’t give us. Told him our food would be cold by the time we got back to eat it so asked if they could remake it all and he said no and that’s all he could do. Not my problem that his employees can’t count or read to get an order correct. Lived in this town my whole life and this is the absolute worse this place has ever been! So unfortunate!

waited 10+ minutes in line for fresh fries and they gave me this, they aren’t the worst fries in the world but for a 10 minute wait and the fact that they we’re not even fresh fries for the wait was the more annoying part of it. I constantly come here and have problems with service and issues like this. this isn’t the food chains fault it’s the employees and lack of effort put into any of the work.
