I shopped at this store recently I don't recommend it clothing quality is bad and the customer service is even worse they have a no return policy and honestly with the quality of clothing they sell its a miracle they don't fall apart when trying them on the owner supper rude the overal all experience was awful i will never go back to lady secrets store however if u are looking for a good place for bridesmaid's dresses or prom gown I would recommend davids bridal the appointment process was simple you get a personal consultant to help you find what ur looking for. prices are about the same and the quality is much better they are very friendly and stress free environment.

Bad service. Don't Recommend coming here for your dresses especially quince dresses my brother in law ordered his sisters quince dress months ago and they were just told that they won't have it in time and the quince is just weeks away , they showed no sympathy for the family and didn't seem to care. Dresses are over priced and staff is unfriendly I suggest to take your money elsewhere.
