Stood in lobby for 5 minutes while 2 to 3 off duty employees were standing in the empty lobby complaining about how customers are rude and get mad about the littlest things. 1 of them was waiting on food. Several Employees made eye contact with me From behind the counter and the off duty employee recvd the food she ordered and the girl that brought it to her looked right at me standing at the counter and walked off. No one said a word to me at all. I never got my order taken or anything . So as I'm typing this, I'm eating the breakfast I just got from down the street at Sonic.

Line wasn't long but instead of my turn in the next lane 4 cars were served. I yelled HELLO then someone took my order. Service wasn't rude but when serving the public employees should interact better..like thank you or hi how are you today or have a nice day? After all customers have a lot to do with their paycheck

The Fries and ice cream where amazing, but the pull apart donut was very cold not as appetizing as it looked. My friend ordered Chicken nuggets she said it was okay.

It's a 50/50 chance. Some times there are amazing people with great service, other times there are awful people and awful service. For the most part it is like any other fast food restaurant around here. It is liked more so because of the iconic fries (when they're hot) and the kids play place (the only restaurant around here with one, grabbing kids attention).
