We stayed in the Red Room at Davie School Inn for Cache Bayou Outfitter's Art of Flint Knapping workshop this weekend and it was Amazing! 😍 With the level of detail given to every part of the stay from the impeccably clean room (not a speck of dust anywhere) to the most accommodating nature of the hosts, Tammy and Lyle, on to the 5-star French Toast, you are in for a treat!!! This place definitely has charm that just keeps on giving. ❤

Best B&B we have ever stayed in! We booked the pink suite and could not have been happier ! Lyle gave us a tour of the old schoolhouse and great suggestions on things to do. The next morning the breakfast was delivered to our room and let me tell you.. it was AMAZING ! Best French toast we have ever had ! Thanks Lyle and Tammy for a wonderful evening ! We can’t Wait to return and try a different colored room!

When planning a get away for my husband and I, I found Davie School Inn and thought it looked perfect. And it was!! We stayed in the purple room and it’s beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, the temperature easy to adjust and the room boasted luxuries of a fireplace, jacuzzi and private courtyard. Now to talk about the innkeepers, what an extremely nice couple who took time to share a bit about the school as well as offer any suggestions to make our trip perfect. They also prepared a fabulous breakfast that arrived promptly when we requested. They even made dietary adjustments for me and I haven’t enjoyed French toast, bread pudding, and peach crisp like that in a few years! My husband tells me he doesn’t like peaches, but he ate the entire peach crisp this morning! 😊 We truly have enjoyed our top notch stay and I have already been recommending to family and friends.
