Modest, yet roomy, apartments in a mostly single family home development. Elementary school is a short walk away. Convenient to shopping.

The trash is horrible. It is so dirty constantly and they do nothing about it. The dog trash cans are overflowing everywhere and are all over the grass and it makes the place smell horrible. The Dumpters have trash laying everywhere out. There is trash all over the parking lot from it. Absolutely horrible. They do not have cameras and my car mirror was STOLEN and they don’t do anything about it!

*WARNING* I’d give 0 stars if I could, but sadly it’s not an option. One of the best experiences living here was maintenance & that’s it. Upon move out, my husband & I had a lot of damage in our apartment (which we paid for) & we knew we would owe some utilities after we moved out considering we paid our rent up a month in advance to get get a head start on moving into a house that we rented & water wasn’t in the last months rent, as it falls a month behind. The day I went to turn the keys in, the property manager told us the final cost of our water bill for the months of May & June (which we paid) & because I transferred the electric over a day early to our new house, they charged us $50 & an additional $30 for the remaining balance for the electric. Now they’ve come up with new bills & “late fees” that were never there to begin with & the bills they told me were already taken care of, apparently were not because they find every way to give you a fee on something you don’t even have a fee for lol. As anyone who can understand this frustration, my husband & I called (a little aggravated) to get the story straight on what we owe & what we don’t since we keep getting the run around from everyone in the office, they tell you “we aren’t obligated to argue with you” as they hang up the phone, even when I’ve sent screenshots & pointed out that everything they’ve asked for has been paid & still trying to nickel & dime us to death. Needless to say, if they aren’t obligated to tell me where my money is going, considering they probably have no idea, I’m not obligated to pay anything :) fair warning for anyone wanting to live here, please beware. Make a better decision & stay far away from this place! By the way, whoever made Kirsten in charge, I would hope you’d reconsider because she has 0 experience in customer service & has no idea what she’s doing, along with the property manager. Even previous tenants who lived across, beside, & downstairs from us have complained about staff time & time again. You won’t be happy living here.

Lived here for a year, 2016-2017. We were the first to live in our apartment after the renovation. The renovations were amazing (still miss the washer/dryer), nice floors, nice cabinets. But the apartment itself was VERY small, the walls were thin, and for the price there are really no amenities. Something to also consider is you're right by Jessie Clark, so through the school year traffic can get pretty backed up. We ended up not renewing our lease because of the cost of rent and because of various problems with the management (we were on night shift and they sent a guy in to install something for the apartment above us. We did NOT receive a letter, we had both fallen asleep in the living room, and the next thing we knew a strange man was unlocking our door and walking in. There was also an incident of people hooking up in the stairwell and nothing really being done about it.)
