Eric and Tommy's should franchise to make the planet a better place. Wow, what a great crew, really paying attention to details. With the price of anything today, the best alternative is to get the best with Tommy's. Eric and crew will tell you what lasts, what breaks, what to let go of.

We had three of our bikes serviced at Tommy's recently. Great customer service! Also, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I cannot say enough good things about Eric and his team at Tommy's! I recently went in to Tommy's to buy new bikes for my boys, ages 11 and 13. Eric went above and beyond exceptional service - he took the time to thoroughly explain the different models available. He is so incredibly knowledgable and personable - just one of nicest people you could meet. He even took my boys on a couple test rides to compare the models we were choosing between. Eric's staff was also so professional and friendly - just a great team vibe in that store. McMinnville is so lucky to have this wonderful business - I highly recommend Tommy's and will be using them for all our bike needs in the future!

Amazing work and customer service! Was thinking about doing my own work to our bikes, but really glad I brought them in. Both times I was greeted with great service by every employee and the manager. There was a confusion in payment, and the manager was very helpful in helping me figure it out. Turns out the confusion was mine, I forgot they charge at pickup after services are done, not when I dropped off the bike. I checked the charges on my account, which confirmed everything they said. Even though he probably knew he was right, he still walked me through and treated me like a valued customer. He’s now gained another lifer. They also did a quick adjustment in my son’s breaks for free.

We have featured TREK bicycles since 1986. And now we are pleased to offer JAMIS bicycles from one of the few woman-owned bike companies in the world. ELECTRA bicycles, now a division of TREK, have been part of our offerings since the 90s. We have E-BIKES from both TREK and ELECTRA, and STRIDER bikes for the littlest cyclists in your family. That's the short story. Come by and take a test ride.
WE require masks and social distancing. The shop is rarely crowded, and it is easy to keep distance. WE don't allow more than 3 groups of people in the shop. We are happy to provide sales outside, or retrieve and estimate repairs outside the shop if this is more acceptable to you.
