This particular Jack in the box was trash tacos were stale lettuce was old looked like they were sitting up for a while plus other things also but way too much to even waste time mentioning!!

Horrible. Ordered chicken teriyaki bowl w/o rice. Got a bowl of broccoli and carrots. Also had to return cold fries for hot fries and had to wait, also the bowls were only half full. Will never eat there again. Also, we were not given receipts and we were unable to get through via phone. NEVER AGAIN!

Sure you could complain but everyone has a bad day now and then. Blow it off, if you go back and it happens again then reach out to corporate.
