No one there there making appointments promoting a 1 sign up. Texting me appointment times to meet a trainer no trainer no people in the building. The trash can look like they haven't been changed in months. Dust build up too. I don't believe the place is open. Why TAKE APPOINTMENTS HAVE PEOPLE SHOW AND NO ONE THERE NO DEMARTCUS!!!!!!!

Not helpful or prompt. I put in a cancellation notice on March 12th.. have not got confirmation on the cancellation. When i call no answers or returns my call, also no response through email.. And they are still charging me.. Horrible service!

The price is very reasonable. I'm always a fan of places that allow you to workout on your own schedule, rather than needing to fit in the time during the gym's hours of operation. It has everything you need to get a decent workout.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Have been trying for over two weeks to get ahold of someone. They have contradicting hours on their voicemail, on the door, and on the website. Finally got ahold of someone after posting on their Facebook page multiple times and someone messaged me for about 20 minutes and then completely ghosted me. I get they might be low staffed because covid but they are still posting things consistently on their Facebook page. What gives?! Will never get anytime fitness and will strongly recommend EVERYONE I know to never get a membership as well.
