HOA cares more about which color of window blinds face out than cars parked there without passes, which they claim to enforce but don't. They don't enforce noise rules, so loud neighbors do what they want while you are trying to sleep.

I have lived in the Bluffs condominiums 3 different times over the past 30 years. I think they are a great place to live. Quiet and peaceful, in the woods.

They are under new management and they are horrible. I would recommend going somewhere else.
