It's been two years and I still can't get my mail delivered due to they won't come change a lock out on their own cluster box. It's ok tho I'm having my lawyer fix the problem.

Our parcel locker has been broken for months, I've told them about it multiple times and it's still not fixed. The mail carrier never leaves our packages and then I have to track them down. They always say they had issues delivering, my driveway is 1000 feet from the mailbox, they could leave it on my porch instead of having me drive all the way to the post office to get it.

The Owenton Post Office is a nice postal service. The people are great, helpful and courteous..BUT AFTER DARK, THERE ARE NO OUTSIDE LIGHTS. EASY TO PASS UP, DANGEROUS, EASY FOR PREDATORS TO BE LURKING.. LIGHTS are on on the inside and doors are open but no lighting on the sidewalks, parking area. The flag pole isn't lit up at night. Sad.. such a nice place. Where is the American pride.. shine the American colors....📬🗽

They have retarded mail men who can never deliver things right aways lose mail or don't get mail. They say I I'm not home to deliver packages which is a lie so I always have to drive to the post office to pick them up
