Campground was woodsy and peaceful, Chris was helpful. If you are staying for one or two nights to see the Ark it would be fine. Camp sites are really small, we had to move so our neighbor with a Class A could get out of his site. Cabins are very small and do not accommodate as many people as advertised, we had a group of 32 and it was difficult. Not ideal for family get togethers. Not child friendly, no playground, swimming pool is closed, creek to play in was dried up, no flat space for them to play without interfering with other campers. Thankfully we found a splash pad close to let the children play. The Ark was worth going to, but I don't think we will be back to this campground.

This camp was great! Public restroom was well kept. Cabin was clean. The campgrounds are maintained very well. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to questions and requests (A plank on a bridge broke and they fixed it the same day). Our family will stay here again when we pass through again. I’ve read negative comments on here on the closing time of check in. They were upfront on the time and why it is that way. Being there in person I can see why and I appreciate that standard.

Enjoyed our stay & our site. The rain kinda hurt the experience but can't blame the park for that. I'm sure our campsite is a popular one with the lack of grass which made it muddy with the rain, it was a great spot hope they can maybe let it sit for a bit & get some good hardy grass growing. Nonetheless had a great time & helpful & friendly staff.

This campground and the owners are awesome. The accommodated us even though we just drove in with no reservation. Sites were clean and level. They helped us back in and the bathrooms were clean. The showers had plenty of hot water. Would definitely 100% come here again.

To jeff klope. I think three SPRING campground is roughly 20 miles. U cant find anyone nicer or ready to help out than Rachael. Shes GR8
The campground is approximately 13 miles south of the Ark Creation Museum. Its only a 15 minute drive from the Ark its off exit 144 take a left and its a half mile out on the right. Right before the Dollar General Store. Very easy to get to they r both the campground and ark nearly right off the exits. Then the Ark is 13 miles north up Interstate 75 to next exit whick is Williamstown exit. Get off take a left its bout a quarter mile up the road. Hope this helpful for you. I have lived in Grant County all my life. So this is very accurate.
No electricity, they're all primitive sites. Pretty and quiet place.
Yes, we are just one exit south (10 miles) from the NEW Ark Encounter and a 40 minute drive to the Creation Museum.. We are the closest reputable park to the ARK Encounter.
Yes, and these are a great group of people. We have stayed here several times and I can tell you that they will go beyond the call of duty to help you.
There is but I don't know the name of the places.
