Customer service was horrible. Upon entering into the store no one greeted us we stood there for 20 minutes. Until someone came to the counter to take our order. Once our order was taken then they may drinks promptly but never spoke to us. When I asked where the straws were located she simply just pointed. I said okay thank you and have a nice one and walked out as I was grabbing a straw. I was passing through but I wouldn't visit again passing through. 👎

Worst decision for breakfast The bacon was soggy and was only barely cooked in the same dirty dirty oil they cook their donuts in then so it was secondly sweet And very soggy There are hash Browns which we only got about 6 were also very soggy and fried in the same dirty oil that needed changedAnd my mocha Frappay was very very bland and lacked flavor

It's a Dunkin' in Nashville! I always have the same problem at Dunkin's outside of New England, I like my French vanilla flavor shot, I specify it concisely, "not the swirl, the shot" ok is the reply, then I return it and say this is swirl, I wanted the shot (swirl is sweetened, shot is not). I'm used to it, and why I don't drive through outside New England.
