My partner and I have been trying to get ahold of a certain product for 2 months now. On July 4th we were told that the product might be on the shipment that night and collected our number to call back if it did. We called to check up the next morning since we haven't heard back and was added to a call list to be notified when the product came. On July 15th 16:05 I get a call that says the product is waiting for us and if we will be picking it up. (There is no calls or voicemails from them before that) I let them know we were never notified but I will talk to my partner as our amount needed has changed due to getting referred to the Puyallup store (by them) to get the product. - 17:38 I call back and ask for a smaller order or 1 gallon just to finish our product. He confirmed the order and I said we will come by the next week Tuesday to Thursday to pick up the product. He states he will add that to the notes. On Monday July 19 13:40 I receive a missed call from this store, no voicemail. - 14:23 I call back to remind them we will come by in the next days Wednesday or Thursday. July 22 11:02 My partner shows up and the paint is not there. The female helping him is kind and confused. The manager or supervisor on the other hand is rude and dismissive. "We have called and left voicemails for the past weeks!" Is what I hear over the phone line. He asks for her to confirm the phone number, "it starts with 808" then walks away refusing to confirm the rest. My number is obviously on the order since I was the one who has been in contact with them more than once but there was not 'numerous calls and voicemails over the past weeks'. Extremely unprofessional, uncalled for attitude problem, and now we are stuck waiting possibly another month just to finish our fence. Obviously cannot blame them for paint shortage but the dismissal from the manager was very frustrating.

The staff was amazing and very knowledgable. I went with their recommendations and my project turned out better than I thought it would (due to my inexperience in painting exterior doors). My door looks fantastic in just 2 coats
