Seriously…. We’ve been waiting 30 minutes for a fast food meal. People are waiting everywhere and they have half of the restaurant sitting areas closed. We asked if we could sit in the closed area and we’re told “no the manager has that area closed off” The TV is blaring so loud that people can’t even relax while they wait or visit with their families. The cooperate McDonald’s should close this location down or come down and work with the management team. Worse location… EVER!

Is anyone working today? I mean, I sat in line for 20min and I see a black truck still sitting at the order screen. So I got out of line and it’s like two cars are at the pay window and the other car is at the pickup window. McDonald’s people want 15/hr? I worked at McDonald’s along time ago and I was in college at the time and we did our job and kept the line moving at all times. People are sick, the lame and lazy.

Been to McDonald's all over the world and have finally found the slowest one... ordered 1x medium fry, 1x large fry and a medium coke in the drive thru.. when I finally got around to the first window to pay, there were two kids sitting in that area, both on their phones... maybe things would've gone a little better if the manager ensured her employees were actually earning their paychecks...the receipt I got said 11:15 and I didn't get my food until 11:40... and when they finally brought the fries, because of course I had to pull forward and wait, they weren't very good... never will i ever return to this McDonald's...

I have visited McDonald's all over North America. This one is 3rd from the bottom of worst. If there was a way to select negative stars, I would. The food is comparable to other stores. The staff is friendly. The store is clean. The issue I have is the SPEED OF SERVICE. Or rather the lack. If there are more than 5 vehicles in line, 30 minute stop. The franchise is about FAST FOOD. I'm sorry, but this store does not belong in the fast food market. I wish I knew what they are doing wrong. If I could suggest an improvement, I would. The food is good. The people are nice. The time is the issue. I can go across the street, sit down, and enjoy a meal in less time than the drive through here. Terry Morley.
