Rude mechanic. I have never had such an uncomfortable interaction in a shop in my life. I have been riding bikes and frequenting local shops for 28 years. For some reason I feel the need to justify my aptitude, but regardless of my cycling history, a shop experience should always be positive and leave all people involved excited about biking. Myself, friends and family, will not be using Skagit Cycles anymore.

They are very good, wear masks, and applying hand sanitizer before entering is required.
