I wish they'd expand the hours and open on Sundays. They open fairly early but they're only open until 6 except Saturday they close at 2 :-( if I wasn't self employed I would have to find a different gym because of hours

Got told they do day passes on the phone. Got there in person with a family of 4 and told us they do not do day passes (but they said they did on the phone) and we would need a membership in order to use the pool and we offered to pay for the membership but got told they needed a card on file which that was fine but we had cash to pay but we couldn't pay cash it had to be taken from the card.called Sanford ymca they do day passes.why aren't you guys offering day passes at this time(according to your website)?

I’m not sure about the negative reviews, but all of them are bogus. If you can, and want to be here, be here! Team members are helpful and nice. Also, the facility is always extremely clean, with everyone’s health being the number one priority. Highly, highly recommend!

Unfortunately the childcare portion of the company has drastically declined since I enrolled my child two years ago. Very high staff turnover rate, lately it seemed like they were hiring just anyone off the street. They also do not have adequate training in childcare or seem to know how to handle children having temper tantrums besides to just send them home and ultimately remove them from the program all together. If you’re looking for great childcare, this is not the place.

How much to join the YMCA
What u mean
Hi Joey, yes this location does have a pool!
Hi Chris, we do not have a tennis court. Thank you.
Yes a pool for laps and classes and lessons and a shallow, warmer pool for recreation, classes, and lessons. Schedules on Northern York County YMCA.
Hi Elaine, We do not participate in Silver Sneakers, as part of the YMCA's best practices. Silver Sneakers requires YMCAs to offer particular programs. As part of our mission, we choose to offer and create programs that meet the specific needs of our local communities. We believe that is the way for us to best serve our community and do not want to be restricted to the Silver Sneakers curriculum. Silver Sneakers has a set reimbursement fee, which we understand. To meet our costs, we have asked Silver Sneakers if we could charge the difference between their reimbursement and our regular monthly fee to our members. (We remain committed to ensuring that the Y is accessible to all and would offer financial assistance to those who cannot afford this difference.) Silver Sneakers will not allow this. We hope this will change one day. In the meantime, we offer financial assistance so that everyone in the community can enjoy the Y, regardless of ability to pay.
