I had a family heirloom upright piano moved by the folks at Starbird. They made the move with amazing care and precision through a difficult and tight entry way with turn up a flight of stars. I was afraid my piano would have to stay in storage. I had a wonderful experience with this company.

We had a baby grand piano moved from a home to ours. The two gentlemen were absolutely 💯 perfect. Very careful, thoughtful and went above and beyond. Thank you Starbird Piano Gallery.

Thanks for reaching out about this! Could you please send us an email with some more information? (Unfortunately, Google does not allow us to post email addresses, URLs, or phone numbers in these answers, but you can find it all on our website.) We will connect you directly with our piano technician, Sherwin. He is the one who makes those types of decisions. If you can include the following information, it will be helpful: model #, serial # (usually found inside the back of the piano), last time it was tuned, any other maintenance or repair history, and photos. He is off for the next few days, but I expect he will get back to you relatively soon. Thank you so much! ~Carina

Hi Sandra, we don't typically deal with CDs, but I'm curious to know if there are ways we could help you! Please call the store, during business hours, if you wish. You may also be able to find a solution by going to a local record shop. In that case, I recommend Bull Moose Music.
I donated my mother's piano to a Maine University that has a music program. They put it in a piano practice room for students to use. Very nice! Before accepting it, they had a tuner visit to make sure it was worth the cost to them of moving it (which can be $500 or so).
Unfortunately, Google does not allow us to post email addresses, URLs, or phone numbers in these answers, but our piano technician is Sherwin Young, and I highly recommend him. You can find him by searching for: Sherwin Young Klavierworker We also have had excellent service from Alex Peppe. You can find him by searching for: Alex's Piano Service Best of luck! ~Carina
We use Nick Orso, who is located close by in Portland. He is great to work with, and a certified Yamaha technician. Unfortunately, Google does not allow us to post email addresses, URLs, or phone numbers in these answers. You can find Nick's site by searching for: Nick Orso Organ Service
