I got a disconnect notice for$715.74 so I called the automated line.. my REAL total was only $640 something.. WTH?!?! All during this pandemic.. and I haven't even gotten a bill yet so didn't even know my balance until I called. Price gouging??? Feeling screwed!!

I randomly received a box of free energy efficient light bulbs in the mail from Mac water and light; very generous. I've never received anything from the companies I pay my bills to before.

McMinnville Water & Light is what a service provider should strive to emulate. I'm not speaking from a technological aspect or even a workflow processes standpoint, I am referring to the level of customer service you get from each individual that you may encounter while there or around the city. McMinnville Water & Light still has that small town feel that the staff genuinely care if your in a financially challenging month or you have a service call need. The ability to relate to the consumer, listen to their needs, then place a plan that works for both provider and consumer is what McMinnville Water & Light are experts in.
