This hotel is always clean. Smells great. Rooms are maintained in an excellent condition. Front desk all of them are just amazing. I always love to stay here when I come to Sterling. 😊

Unfortunately I don't remember the girls name who checked me in but she was Amazingly great at her job, so nice and hospitable!! She made me feel very appreciated and will definitely stay there again, I mean the room was so nice also but she made me dedicated to this hotel!!! The only downside to the hotel was the pool, I didn't go in it due to it being so small, a family of 2 little kids and 2 adults were in there and that was all who seemed could fit so I didn't even bother, I wish it was atleast a regular size pool but it looked like the size of a big hot tub but that's the only complaint, which was fine but if I had stayed a few days it would of been a bigger deal, I only stayed one night so I didn't have too much time anyway to go swimming but would of liked to if I stayed longer!!!

Great place to stay and good quality free breakfast. Comfortable quiet rooms and good parking. The view outside by the river was very delightful. You can see the fish jumping out the water. Peaceful environment.

We are an airline family, so we travel a lot. And when we come across a hotel that goes out of their way to make our stay pleasant, we like to leave a review. The Holiday Inn Express in Rock Falls goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. The rooms are spotless and very quiet, the lobby is spotless, and the whole atmosphere is very welcoming. We will definitely be staying there again in the future. It’s a winner! (Side note: if you can swing the balcony room over-looking the river, do it. It’s a beautiful view, and it’s always fun to watch the trains go by).
