After reading the reviews I felt compelled to do one. I have always been treated professionally, politely and received fast service. The people there are very friendly and helpful. I can name many times they have gone above and beyond for me. 5 Stars all the way!

Teller was curt and unaccommodating. Looked for reasons to say no - because I am a "non-customer." That's funny, I thought I was a potential customer. Well I'm for sure a permament non-customer now. If you must do business with Wells Fargo, go to another branch. ANY other branch.

Super unfriendly. Sorry that I make you count my deposit instead letting the computer do the work for you, that's part of your job. Wouldn't suggest this branch. There is a much nicer one just down the street

I was in the other day to deposit a check and there, being waited on by the one and only teller at that time (besides a drive up window teller and some other people sitting at their desks) was a woman. They were chatting and laughing...having a wee of a time it seemed. I don't know if it was of a personal nature or banking need but it went on for a VERY long time. There were two people in front of me and one behind me in line waiting. We waited for probably about 10 minutes or more with no acknowledgement. I saw the manager chit chatting with someone. I went over to him. I stood and received not even a look in the eye or any comment. I interrupted as politely as possible and announced that this long wait and only one teller was unacceptable and asked for some additional help. He asked if I had ever used an ATM. I said, I don't want to use an ATM. I want to talk to a teller. He made no further comment whatsoever and went back to chatting with this other person. The two people in front of me in line were equally exasperated and also stormed out without being helped. I will be removing my money from this bank and looking for a better one. And to think I am related to Wells AND Fargo. They'd be rolling in their graves. I tell you what. When Long was the manager there, this would not have happened.
