Great service: 1) We had to nix another trip due to COVID risks with flying. These guys were able to book us the RV we needed the same day. 2) We miscommunicated about a nearby dump site and the guy made it right. 3) We left some items in the RV and the guys set it aside for us right away, during their busy hours. 4) If you don't get a hold of them during business hours, DO leave a message, as they usually reply within 15 minutes. I'd definitely use them again.

We had a good time travelling around. It is also our first time renting an RV. Things didn't go too bad, but was not fantastic. I just really want to complain about the old models this company is still using. I can't believe that a rental company would still have vehicles of over 110k miles on service. There is a youtube video where a family got their 2020 model from CruiseAmerica in Denvor. It is definitely not my experience. The car was crazily noisy to drive, you can't even hear the back seat passengers. The smoke detector would randomly go off when you are driving, and a back seat passenger has to get up and crawl under the seat to turn it off. The microwave would move out of position and then you will have a hard time open it up. The fridge door could pop open while driving. Everything looks like 20th century, actually, no sign of technology at all. If you enjoy driving around in an old truck, that may be your choice for vacation. I also hate the MPG of this huge Ford truck. It's just not the best environmentally friendly choice for vacation. The single solar panel on this RV is close to nothing. Why can't cruise America put in more solar panels? Try some hybrid or even full electric motors too, they are much quieter and I wouldn't feel guilty of driving them. Most of PNW uses hydropower, you can use as much as you want without adding any CO2 to our planet.

Excellent service for both pickup and drop-off. The staff let me know there was a 76 gas station that could fill the tanks after I was done with my service. The RV was clean and functioned great. I really appreciated how easy everything was compared to what I was expecting. They prepare you to rent. The book in the truck covered the few situations we had quickly. Overall I would recommend to others who want to get out and go.

Linda and the rest of the staff at the Portland office really go the extra mile. My family and I ran into an unforeseen issue but Linda was understanding and helpful. The RV and entire experience was as-advertised. Thank you for the great service, and hopefully we'll be back soon to wrap up our dream RV trip!

Prices are on their web page if you put in your dates. Look for specials too.
Hi - what is your question? If you are looking for the nearest Cruise America rental near Lebanon, OR, it is in Portland (8400 SE 82nd Ave)
They must have current shot records and be placed in the Disneyland kennels. You must return every couple hours to take them for a walk and a bathroom break.
You can call them to find out for sure and to get the most accurate information. Questions on here are generally answered by other visitors and not the actual company. Call to see for sure because different locations may have different options.
It depends on how many days you will have it and how many miles you will be driving. They have estimated it so that you can drive so many miles a day for one price and then they charge a small fee per mile that you go over. Call them for a better answer. They may also have more info on their website. I really did enjoy renting from them. We went over miles and did not feel that the additional cost was unfair.
