I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. When I checked in for my 11:30am appointment they asked if I was leaving it with them. I had indicated I'd wait with it when I scheduled it. They told me it wouldn't be done until 8pm. That's right, 8.5 hours for an oil change. The guy explained to me that where I failed was by scheduling it online. See, it's my fault because I used their online appointment scheduling tool to schedule my appointment. It reminded me of the Seinfeld bit where he tries to explain what a reservation is.

Great customer service. Very professional and courteous. I stopped in to get tire pressure check and Bernard was very helpful in checking the tire pressure in every tire until the low tire pressure gage went off and even checked my rotors. Very friendly and attentive. I have an appointment in December to have some other things checked on my vehicle. I have no doubt I will receive the same professional and friendly service I received on today.

I'm very satisfied. I was traveling from Chicago and I experienced a blowout right before I got on the bridge before the Arch. They provided options and was done in about 30 minutes. I appreciate the service and thank them for assisting me. I thought I'd be stranded for a few days.
