Really 90 percent of places don't enforce anything but that you wear a mask and thats it some people ask for the 6 ft distance but I have not been personally asked by any customer to stand 6 ft from them however the employees do like there 6ft of breathing room. Hand sanitizer isn't really doing much by itself should be using it frequently even without the whole pandemic but the masks is all. Aside from that no one really cares at least not anywhere I've been to. small businesses don't enforce it but bigger retail places have no choice.
