This place is fine for the most part, except the lack of customer service and BOTH quarter dispensing machines being out of order. It would be nice if there was a big sign on the door stating that so people don't waste their time, I just filled two jumbo washers with clothes, and added laundry detergent just to have to remove everything because your coin only operated laundromat offers no way to exchange bills for coins. If you have time to watch the footage from your max-prison style security system, you have time to make sure your customers can access the bare necessities they need to use the only thing your company offers.

Ive been here a few times with my brother and although I was blown away at the cost per washer nowdays, we always prefer going here because of the gal that works there. She is such a super nice person despite the job of maintaining it. She keeps it clean, she is curteous and friendly. She stays on top of the inconsiderate people who habitually leave laundry that is finished, holding up those who are waiting for the washers / dryers. It is usually crowded though. During business hours, if you time it right, the B street Thrift store is next door to browse in. BUT TIME YOUR LAUNDRY PLEASE.

B Street laundry mat is it the best here in Grays Harbor triple load washer $5.75 single washer $3.25 dryer $0.25 for 6 minutes what I don't like about B Street laundromat while you're waiting on your laundry there's no comfortable seating & No Vending machine No soda machine there's no on-site staff and there No public restroom. There's a couple washing machines are out of order and dryers. B Street laundromat needs to be remodeled and upgrade washing machines and dryers
