What a wondeful pharmacy where they truly care about you. Scott helped me with getting parts for my husband's cane. He uses a cane for a spinal injury and was waiting out in the car. Scott even went out to the car to talk to him. Scott also shared w/ me how wonderful the family is that owns Beaverton pharmacy. I hope to meet them and the dogs they have rescued the next time I am in! Thank you Scott! :)

Great experience getting my 2nd booster here today! Pharmacy is lovely and Larry who gave my husband and me the vaccine was very skilled and so personable. I should also add that signing up for an appointment online was very easy. Will return here again.

My husband and I scheduled our Covid-19 Boosters here. The website is easy to use, scheduling was quick. The pharmacy and staff here are awesome, super friendly and helpful. We got our boosters yesterday and had a great experience. Took no longer than 20 minutes and the store was clean & staff efficient. Will definitely keep coming here for vaccines amongst other things, they have such a lovely pharmacy with many things they sell to suit your needs.

ONLY DOES COMPOUNDS NOW I initially transferred here because of the abysmal service I received at Rite Aid. Things were great until this week. I received a phone call Tuesday that the medications requested by my doctor on Monday had been filled. By Wednesday, my medications had been reshelved. I was not informed. When my husband went to pick them up Thursday, he was told that they were at Rite Aid on Walker. Not only is this Rite Aid not even close to me, I had been trying to escape the abysmal customer service of Rite Aid in the first place. This morning, I was informed that transferring out all non-compounds was "a business decision that had to be made" because of declining insurance coverage. Fine, I can handle that. Insurance is a heartless beast and we all know it. What I can't handle is poor communication on the part of a business. I suggested to the person on the phone that it would have been nice for their business to inform patients that they will be cast to the proverbial wolves in the hands of some huge corporate pharmacy, and she said their agreement required that they not tell patients. Business decision or no business decision, that is messed up. Who would undertake an agreement that prevents them from informing their patients about their care? Don Garland would be ashamed.
