RICHARD! He was so awesome from the start of the sale to the finish. When we arrived we were looking for a specific year and model. Richard searched and searched the lot and we later found out that the car had been sold. He quickly showed us a car that was our second choice and we were all in. Richard was super professional and so so bubbly. He made the trip well worth the car buying experience. Buying a car is pretty stressful, or it can be, and we were in a desperate situation. Richard quickly moved our application to the sales/finance department and within 3 hours we were on our way. We have purchased 4 vehicles from CARR and this is why we continue to travel from Bend Oregon to car shop. We also ran across a couple of employees that sold us our first car 13 years ago. That has to say something. Thank you for another amazing experience.

As for the purchase of my truck it was great. As for the parts department and the scheduling department and the first service writer I dealt with it was great. However the work that was done was of low quality so I had to return and have it done again. While you had my vehicle the safety alert systems stopped working. You service person that was assigned to me the second time had nothing but excuses why they were not working even accusing me of taking my truck off road along with several other reasons. I did not appreciate his attitude at all. I just spent over 60k on a truck I expect everything to work correctly and I certainly would not take it off road. The systems still are not working, I have been told to let them calibrate for several hours of drive time to see if they start working again. So the issue is not fixed yet!

I had a conversation with Carr Chevrolet 2 months ago and what was said on the phone that after I drove over 200 miles was quite different. I was looking for a specific truck and they did have exactly what I was looking for, but when I got there it was 20 thousand dollars higher than what they had told me. Most Auto Dealerships will say anything to get you to come in. If you are lucky enough to know of a Dealership that is honest and has integrity, I would stay with them. I know that I went to Awesome Chevrolet in Chehalis . I talked to them on the phone and went down the same day and bought my truck, and they never changed one thing. It was written up just as we had discussed on the phone. I made a Great deal and they got a customer for life. The truth goes a long way especially in the Auto industry.

I purchased a new 2009 Corvette from your dealership! I have only 2800 miles on it. I participated in the Veterans Day Parade recently and my clutch burned out. Is there a recall on the cutch or are there other remedies that would help?

sorry I'm not affiliated with the dealership but I would definitely call him on that one they probably will take care of it it could be a recall call Chevy personally and they'll give you the updates on any recalls on your car
