Didn't get a chance to be a customer,they moved my appointment then didn't call to confirm.i called to find out the appointment was being moved again without notice.then then person at the call center was nothing but rude and brushed of my time like it didn't matter and I can wait all day when I made an APPOINTMENT! Being that I could not even get to the estimate part of hiring 3 mountain plumbing i would not recommend for anyone and would 100% pay more money to a company that treats you and your time with respect! Also had to put at least one star to leave a review so that being said I would give them a zero!

Don't bother coming here if you're an individual woodworker. I came in with a few questions today about the wood they carry, and I admitted that I'm an amateur woodworker who had a few shop projects in mind, but the guy I spoke to made it abundantly clear that I was an annoyance to him. He barely engaged me in conversation, he didn't ask me any questions or provide any sort of customer service. I'm sure that they are used to dealing with contractors who buy in bulk, but for an individual, I found the experience to be incredibly unpleasant.
